Flame cutting

Flame cutting is oxygen cutting in which the appropriate part of the material to be cut is raised to ignition temperature by an oxy-fuel gas flame. Also known as oxy-fuel cutting, the process is used for separating and shaping steel components.

Pug cutting

Pug Cutting Machine is a powerful driven tool used in the cutting of mild steel plate up to 75 mm thick vertical cuts or bevel up to 45 deg. By sing this machine, cutting edges will be sharper.

Band saw cutting

A bandsaw is a saw with a long, sharp blade consisting of a continuous band of toothed metal stretched between two or more wheels to cut material. They are used principally in metalworking.

Drilling

A drill is a tool fitted with a cutting tool attachment or driving tool attachment, usually a drill bit or driver bit, used for boring holes in mild steel plates.

Cable Trench Cover Cutting

We will cut the MS chequerd plate as per the size for covering trenches in construction site.

Machining

Machining is the broad term used to describe removal of material from a work piece, it covers several processes, which we usually divide into the following categories: Cutting, generally involving single-point or multipoint cutting tools, each with a clearly defined geometry. Abrasive processes, such as grinding.

Bending

A brake is a metalworking machine that allows the bending of sheet metal. A cornice brake only allows for simple bends and creases, while a box-and-pan brake also allows one to form box and pan shapes. It is also known as a bending machine or bending brake or in Britain as a sheet metal folder or just a folder.

Rolling

A plate rolling machine is a machine that will roll different kinds of metal sheet into a round or conical shape. It can be also called a "roll bending machine", "plate bending machine" or "rolling machine".... Four-roller machines have a top roll, the pinching roll, and two side rolls.
